Innago is free, easy to use online property management software designed for landlords and property managers of all scales. Innago offers all inclusive solutions for its stakeholders. From screening tenants, signing leases, collecting rent, managing work orders, organizing finances, communicating with tenants, and much more.

The challenge

They tasked us with designing a new user experience for the Innago website, by renewing the audience experience and streamlining the interface for stakeholders in a way that the learning curve reduces and navigation through the plethora of features can be frictionless. Additionally, they emphasized that design decisions should be based on usability and clarity, rather than aesthetics alone.

The solution

We accomplished a website design that was focused on ease of access by creating improved user flows. We also found a way to highlight all the key features for accessibility and went a step ahead by conducting usability testing to ensure clarity of flows.

Wireframes

After sprinting and coming up with effective wireframes we incorporated client feedback to fine tune the interactions even more. Our approach to wireframes is making them adaptable so that best possible results can be achieved.

User Interface Design

To create a stellar user interface we tried to find balance between a functional and aesthetic looking design. It was backed with latest Ux trends and practices to ensure a harmonized experience for the end user.
