Xact was on a mission to become an all encompassing data guide for cities. Striving to provide customers with the ability to examine and compare key statistics across the globe. A platform like this serves as a breakthrough for city municipalities in the USA and other countries around the world while simultaneously contributing to improve community wealth.

The challenge

A number of things were to be considered to make a platform like this successful.

• The UI kit had to be designed in an adaptable manner owing to the scale of the application.
• Ensuring the platform is not stagnant and keeps growing with the increasing statistical data.
• Determining a method so the application does not operate in isolation, and offers users effective methods to benefit from the data.

The solution

These are the solutions we succeeded in providing:

• Designed the user interface in a way that it allowed any module to be plugged into the kit.
• Provided a mechanism for the application to adapt as it grows by enabling features to automatically create insights through algorithms using anomaly detection and predictions.
• Incorporating the ability to share these insights on internal communication apps and social media, in addition to saving them to a personal dashboard.
• In essence making Xaqt the ultimate home base application for analyzing strategic geographical data across cities.
