For our clients in the US, we typically have an overlapping window of 3 hours for calls, meetings, and real-time discussions. This ensures that we can address your immediate needs and have productive conversations despite the time difference. Additionally, for clients in Europe, there's a longer overlap of 5 to 6 hours, which offers even more flexibility.

To put it simply we have two pricing models

• Fixed Cost
• Hourly Billing

The pricing varies from project to project, some clients will already have a well defined scope, and if not we also help in defining that. After which we might suggest which pricing model would work best for them, or offer them a small trial run based on hourly charges to satisfy and gain their trust.
We simply complete a small task or challenge and give a breakdown of the hours and cost, and once clients have something tangible to give feedback on they can shift to the hourly billing model, which has proven to be a more flexible and preferred method for previous clients.
